This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing and gain hands-on experience operating production equipment.Previous machine operation experience is helpful but not required. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn, have a strong work ethic, and are interested in developing new skills. Part-time opportunities may be available for students currently attending school.Job ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor manufacturing equipment to support daily production.Load materials and ensure machines are supplied as needed.Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.Follow work instructions and production specifications.Identify and report equipment issues or product defects.Follow all workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Work with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.QualificationsNo previous machine operation experience required; training may be provided.Manufacturing, machining, or technical training experience is a plus.Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a manufacturing environment.Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Schedule & PayFirst shift: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PMPay: Based on experience and qualifications.Full-time opportunities available.Part-time scheduling may be available for students currently attending school.
