We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Controller to lead our accounting operations and help support the continued growth of our organization.

This is an opportunity for a financial leader who enjoys both the day-to-day details and the bigger picture. You'll work closely with leadership, oversee financial reporting and accounting operations, strengthen internal processes, and help guide financial decisions across our real estate, title, and construction businesses.

What You'll Do:

▸ Oversee financial reporting, month-end and year-end close processes, and GAAP compliance.

▸ Lead accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.

▸ Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning.

▸ Develop and maintain effective internal controls, accounting policies, and financial processes.

▸ Oversee real estate transactions, title and closing activity, construction job costing, WIP reporting, and related accounting functions.

▸ Manage, mentor, and develop accounting team members while building efficient, scalable workflows.

What We're Looking For:

5–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA preferred.

Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Experience in real estate, title, and/or construction accounting strongly preferred.

Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems. QuickBooks experience is a plus.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
