Your Key ResponsibilitiesImplement maintenance standards, and define maintenance schedules and processes to ensure the availability of all manufacturing machines, for a single plant or MU assigned.Ensure implementation of approved methods, procedures and tools, manage budgets and resources as agreed.Define maintenance-specific processes and schedules, in cooperation with SC and/or production planning.Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities, across all assigned workshops.Contribute to design, layout, realization and/or optimization of technical infrastructure.Manage cooperation with external suppliers and maintenance service providers.Your QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering or technical degree/certificatewith applicable experience5+ years of experience in related positions in manufacturingenvironmentDemonstrates outstanding organizational abilities and superior time management skillsProven track record in leading both functional and cross-functional teamsPossesses exceptional skills in both written and verbal communicationExternal applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorshipOur OfferingAt Schaeffler, our success is driven by our employees.
