(Bonus per eligibility requirements)Employment Type & Shifts:Full Time1st ShiftJob Responsibilities:Unload inbound trailers manually and via conveyor beltsLoad, stack, shrink-wrap, and palletize products efficientlyPerform inbound warehouse functions in a fast-paced environmentUse proper lifting techniques to handle boxes weighing up to 60 lbsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all timesWork collaboratively with team members to meet productivity and safety goalsFollow all safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelinesAbility to accurately read, identify, and match numbers.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to safely perform required lifting as part of the job's essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.Basic knowledge of Tie High systems/processes preferred.Prior Tie High experience is a plus.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and maintain quality standards.General math skills.Skills:Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 60 lbs. without powered equipment assistanceVisual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructionsAbility to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian trafficAbility to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid paceFlexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environmentNon-climate controlled - hot in the summerNote: The drug screening location is not at the job site; the job is located off E.
