Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated and skilled RN specializing in CVICU for a travel assignment in Parkersburg, WV. This role requires expertise in handling mixed acuity patients within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - CVICU - Travel
- Provide direct care to ICU and step-down status patients with a nurse-patient ratio ranging from 1:1 to 1:3
- Manage fresh open heart surgeries and post-op care
- Administer and titrate various medication drips such as Cardizem and Propofol
- Maintain acute MI pre/post cath experience
- Utilize ventilators, including high-flow and BiPap
- Monitor and manage arterial lines, temporary pacemakers, and post-perm pacer
- Implement hypothermia protocols as required
Requirements of the RN - CVICU - Travel
- Valid RN license
- ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA)
- Experience with CRRT and ventilator management
- Proficiency with arterial lines and comprehensive drip management
- Preferably have IABP and Impella experience
