What You'll Do

As a Restaurant Manager, you'll help oversee daily operations, support your team, and ensure our customers receive great service and quality food every time.

Team Leadership

• Help train, coach, and develop team members.
• Provide guidance and feedback to help employees succeed.
• Lead by example and maintain a positive, team-focused work environment.
• Help coordinate schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Support the Store Manager with daily team operations.

Store Operations

• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and meet Little Caesars quality standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Help receive, organize, and rotate inventory while minimizing waste.
• Ensure employees follow company procedures and operational standards.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Help resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.

Sales and Cost Control

• Help monitor sales, labor, food costs, and inventory.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Support store goals for customer service, product quality, and operational performance.
• Maintain accurate records and follow company policies.

• Restaurant or retail experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with reasonable accommodation where required by law.
