Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join their medical malpractice group in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will contribute to a dynamic team, focusing on high-quality legal services and efficient problem-solving.

Duties

• Manage cases from inception to resolution.
• Draft critical motions and develop written discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Participate in court proceedings.
• Maintain strong client relationships and pursue new opportunities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of licensed litigation experience.
• Trial and appellate experience preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong presentation skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law.
