Remote Search Consultant / Recruiter

No previous recruiting experience is required. Our tried-and-true recipe for success comes with the training, tools, resources, and ongoing coaching you need to reach your earning goals. This is a commission-driven position where you earn between 30% and 75% of your production.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates
• Partner with clients to fill urgent positions
• Connect clients with qualified candidates, resulting in placements
• Use recruiting tools and materials proficiently
• Cold call, qualify, screen, and prep candidates and clients for interviews, and help negotiate job offers
• Conduct reference checks on candidates

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong database and technology skills
• A background in business development, client relationships, marketing, or sales is preferred
• Consistently high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
• Comfortable building relationships over the
• Integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset
• Effective negotiation skills
• A degree is preferred but not required
• Successful completion of GPAC training
