Marketing Counsel - Entrusted Advisors

Entrusted Advisors is expanding our bench of talented attorneys for remote secondment engagements. We are especially interested in attorneys with strong marketing law experience, including asset reviews, deal work, and product launches. This is an opportunity to take on meaningful secondment work while collaborating with leading companies, all from a remote setting.

Key Areas of Experience We Value:

• Advising on digital marketing campaigns, advertising assets, promotional materials, social media content, influencer marketing, and advertising claims.
• Providing legal guidance on digital advertising, FTC regulations, consumer protection, endorsements, disclosures, and related compliance requirements.
• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating marketing, advertising, sponsorship, influencer, agency, and promotional partnership agreements.
• Providing guidance on legal and regulatory considerations for product launches in consumer technology and related fields
• Partnering with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, commercial, compliance) to balance risk and innovation
• Supporting business teams on brand, advertising, and consumer protection issues

Qualifications:

• J.D. and active license to practice law in the United States
• 5+ years of legal experience with a focus on marketing, advertising, or consumer product matters
• Demonstrated experience with marketing assets and promotional campaigns
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments
