Position Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to assist with receiving, organizing, storing, and preparing materials for distribution and company activities. The ideal candidate is dependable, follows instructions carefully, and takes pride in maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments and verify items against delivery documentation. Organize, label, and store supplies in designated warehouse locations. Pick, pack, and prepare materials for internal use, events, or distribution. Check items for accuracy and report damaged, missing, or incorrect products. Maintain inventory records and assist with routine stock counts. Keep storage areas, aisles, and workstations clean and organized. Prepare promotional materials and supplies for scheduled company activities. Assist with loading and unloading deliveries when required and safe to do so. Follow workplace safety procedures and proper material-handling practices. Communicate inventory shortages and supply needs to the appropriate supervisor. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Comfortable performing physical tasks, including standing, lifting, and moving materials within safe job requirements. Good time-management skills and a proactive attitude.
