Platform Engineer - Dexian

Location: Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)

• Build, enhance, and support the enterprise Ansible Automation Platform.
• Perform complex engineering and analytical tasks related to systems engineering, platform development, and infrastructure automation.
• Develop and implement controls for automation platforms, with an emphasis on shared content catalogs across enterprise tools.
• Establish and implement the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for managing automation content, including development, validation, version control, and deployment processes.
• Support systems engineering activities, including technical support, systems programming, data center capabilities, and subsystem integration.
• Define and support input/output processes, hardware compatibility requirements, and system integration parameters.
• Evaluate applications and platforms across the enterprise to identify integration opportunities and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and platform teams to gather requirements and deliver effective engineering solutions.
• Apply AI-assisted tools and techniques to improve engineering productivity, consistency, and quality.
• Influence technical decisions and coordinate cross-functional initiatives without direct people-management responsibilities.
