What You'll Do
- Meet with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs
- Educate customers about insurance products and coverage options
- Develop new business through leads, referrals, networking, and follow-up
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Recommend and sell appropriate insurance products based on customer needs
- Follow up with prospective customers and existing clients
- Maintain accurate customer information and activity records
- Work toward established sales and performance goals
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Work closely with the agency team to contribute to overall agency success

Qualifications:
- Previous State Farm or Insurance Agency experience preferred
- Insurance experience
- Insurance licensing
- Spanish-speaking candidates preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to build rapport and establish lasting customer relationships
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
- Professional, dependable, and committed to success
