What you’ll do

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems quickly and accurately
• Deliver a customer experience that consistently exceeds expectations
• Recommend value-added solutions to keep homes clean, comfortable, and protected
• Keep your truck organized and parts inventory on point

Must-haves

• High school diploma or GED
• EPA Type II or EPA Universal certification
• Mechanical know-how and comfort with diagnostic/repair tools
• Process-driven, quality-focused work style
• Smartphone proficiency (including parts ordering)
• Valid state driver’s license
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Road Warrior (75% or more) travel in the United States
