Accountant

The Accountant is generally responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and account reconciliations. Assists in the monthly close, as well as support accounts receivable and treasury functions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

• Perform general accounting tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations

• Assist with month end closing procedures.

• Assist with timely and accurate posting of customer invoices, payments and adjustments

• Reconcile customers aging report

• Payroll funding & vendor ACH/Wire processing

• Process inter-company bank transfer as needed

• Monitoring the cash position for all entities

• Preparation of daily cash position report

• Perform other related duties as assigned

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

• Detail and result oriented xklufbp

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent organization and time management

• Competency in Microsoft applications specifically Microsoft Excel and experienced using ERP

system

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience Required: Prefer 2 – 3 years
