The facility proudly serves a largely migrant and Latino community, providing affordable, high-quality care for families across all age groups with a team-based approach to comprehensive healthcare delivery.\n

Job Details:\n
\n• Lead clinical operations while maintaining a patient panel in a family medicine setting\n
\n• Provide full scope care including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients\n
\n• Work with underserved patient populations in a community-focused healthcare environment\n
\n• Manage clinic leadership responsibilities as Medical Director\n
\n• Work with certified bilingual Medical Assistants for translation and patient care support\n
\n• Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient documentation and care coordination\n
\n• 0.75 FTE position (30 hours per week)\n
\n• Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM\n
\n• Must complete ACGME/AOA-accredited Family Medicine Residency program\n
\n• Opportunity to participate in 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Guatemala\n
\n• Malpractice insurance coverage provided with no tail coverage policy needed\n
