Due to the demand from recent weather events that have affected tens of thousands of property owners, we are immediately hiring 4-10 Weather Damage Experts to our fast-growing team. We have openings right now for new and experienced individuals.

We only want go-getters who are willing to follow our proven system – BCR 101!

The average Weather Damage Expert at BCR earns between 63,000–120,000 per year, with top performers earning significantly more! Compensation is based on performance, experience, and ability to exceed goals. Maximum earnings potential is typically achieved when working 40+ hours/week.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with local community
• Conduct weather damage inspections
• Communicate with customers and insurance providers
• Daily activity reports on CRM and app
• Participate in ongoing training opportunities

Requirements:

• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver license.
• Must have a smart-phone.
