As a Remote Destination Specialist , you'll help clients narrow down choices, organize planning information, and keep destination-related arrangements accurate and on track. Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided. What You'll Do Research destinations and available options Gather client dates, preferences, and priorities Compare accommodations, transportation, and activities Assist with reservations and confirmations Organize itinerary and destination details Provide updates and follow up on pending items Help with changes or special requests Maintain accurate client records What We're Looking For Strong organization and attention to detail Clear, professional communication Reliable follow-through Comfort researching and comparing options Ability to manage multiple client requests Familiarity with email and online systems Comfort working independently Willingness to learn new tools and processes Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
