We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Managing Consultant with expertise in supply chain transformation, AI/GenAI, and autonomous or agentic supply chain solutions. The candidate will lead consulting engagements, design AI-enabled business processes, develop transformation roadmaps, and drive measurable business outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain maturity assessments, opportunity identification, fit-gap analysis, and transformation roadmaps.
• Design AI-driven and agentic workflows across planning, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, logistics, order management, and control towers.
• Develop business cases, use-case portfolios, implementation strategies, and value realization plans.
• Lead consulting engagements, client workshops, project teams, and executive presentations.
• Drive pilot implementations and scaling of AI-enabled supply chain solutions.
• Define KPIs for cost optimization, inventory, productivity, service levels, resilience, and working capital.
• Support business development, presales, RFP responses, proposals, solution design, and account growth.
• Develop reusable consulting frameworks, accelerators, case studies, and thought leadership.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to practice development.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• Strong supply chain consulting or industry transformation experience.
• Practical AI/GenAI experience, including LLMs, SLMs, AI agents, and intelligent automation.
• Experience in consulting delivery, assessments, roadmaps, business cases, and executive stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, data, integrations, governance, and change management.
• Experience in client engagement leadership, proposal development, and presales.

Preferred Skills

• LLMs/SLMs, RAG, agent orchestration, model evaluation, AI guardrails, and responsible AI.
• SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, o9 Solutions, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, and Microsoft supply chain platforms.
• ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM, BMC Helix/Remedy, or similar workflow platforms.
• Process mining, APIs, master data management, analytics, automation, control towers, and digital twins.
• Relevant AI certifications are strongly preferred.
