St. Mary's Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Rheumatologist to establish and lead our new rheumatology practice. This is a unique opportunity to build a practice from the ground up and address a significant unmet need within the community. You will provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient rheumatologic care, working closely with primary care and specialty providers to ensure coordinated treatment for patients with complex autoimmune and inflammatory conditions.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Base Salary Range - $214,910 - $311,402 (commensurate with experience). \n
- Competitive compensation package, including base salary + sign-on bonus and semiannual bonuses for productivity. \n
