Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong electro-mechanical background and expertise in PLM, ERP, CAD, and product configuration.
Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP–ENOVIA EBOM reconciliation and ensure engineering data accuracy across PLM and ERP systems.
- Perform SolidWorks CAD cleanup, parametric modeling, and engineering drawing standardization.
- Develop modular product architectures for Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and Configure-to-Order (CTO) processes.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, IT, and global cross-functional teams.
- Manage engineering program milestones, deliverables, and governance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 8–10 years of relevant engineering or program management experience.
- Strong electro-mechanical engineering background.
- Experience with ENOVIA PLM, SAP ERP, and SolidWorks CAD.
- Knowledge of EBOM management, product configuration, ETO/CTO architecture, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
