Cardiothoracic Surgery opening in Midland, TX - visa eligible

• Full-time, permanent opening* Hospital-employed* Visa eligibleA well-established Cardiothoracic Surgery group in West Texas is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a dedicated team. The practice includes 2 experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeons and 2 APPs, serving parts of Southeastern New Mexico, the Permian Basin, and surrounding communities, with a catchment area of approximately 500,000 residents.

Position Highlights:

• Join the only Cardiothoracic surgery group in the region* Shared call coverage between three nearby hospitals (all within 20 miles)* Dedicated cardiac OR and cardiac anesthesia team* High surgical volume with complex case mix* Collaborative team of physicians and APPs

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery* Unrestricted Texas Medical License (or eligibility to obtain)* Previous experience in Cardiothoracic surgery preferred* Demonstrated proficiency in performing complex surgical procedures
