About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Enterprise Systems & Data Services team. This position is responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting complex enterprise applications, databases, ETL processes, and data warehouse solutions. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on developer who can immediately contribute to critical projects while helping modernize and enhance enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications and database solutions.
- Build and support ETL processes, data integrations, and data warehousing systems.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and relational databases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and system issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Support system architecture, documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Mentor team members and contribute to development best practices.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development, systems analysis, and solution design.
- Strong SQL Server development and database management experience.
- Hands-on experience with ETL development and data integration.
- Experience designing and supporting data warehouse solutions.
- Proficiency with C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of relational database design and data modeling.
- Experience troubleshooting complex applications and legacy systems.
- Ability to work within a structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with Analysis Services, OLAP technologies, and Business Intelligence tools.
- Crystal Reports or Microsoft BI tool experience.
- Experience with enterprise-scale systems and large data environments.
- Experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical initiatives.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field required.
