Korean-Speaking Caregiver Needed – Los Angeles, CA - START ASAP!!

Rose’s Agency Home Care is currently seeking a strong, dependable, and compassionate Korean-speaking caregiver for an immediate opening. We are looking for someone with hands-on caregiving experience who is confident assisting with transfers, mobility support, and personal care.

The client speaks Korean and is primarily bedbound, with difficulty standing and walking. She is at high risk for falls and requires close supervision and assistance with transfers between her bed, wheelchair, and toilet. A female caregiver is preferred. We are ideally looking for someone interested in a consistent daytime schedule.

Hours: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Start Date: As soon as possible
Job Duties Include:

• Assist with transfers between bed, wheelchair, and toilet
• Provide bathing, showering, dressing, and personal care assistance
• Assist with toileting and maintain proper hygiene
• Provide standby assistance and help prevent falls
• Prepare meals and encourage regular eating
• Assist with grocery shopping and errands as needed
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environment
• Encourage gentle exercise and physical activity as appropriate
• Provide companionship and cognitive stimulation, such as playing cards and engaging in conversation
• Maintain a consistent routine and provide patient, compassionate support

Ideal Candidate:

• Speaks Korean and can communicate comfortably with the client
• Female caregiver preferred
• Physically capable and experienced with safe transfers and mobility assistance
• Reliable, patient, attentive, and compassionate
• Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable assisting with personal care and toileting
• Experience supporting clients with cognitive changes or possible dementia is preferred

Required Documents:

• Active HCA (Home Care Aide) registration
• Valid Social Security card
• Valid California ID or driver's license
• Current TB test
