Recruiter, Banking and Insurance - Vincennes, IN (Remote)

GPAC has been placing professionals for 30 plus years. Our Banking and Insurance team places commercial and ag lenders, credit officers, branch leaders, producers, underwriters, and executives with community and regional banks, credit unions, independent agencies, MGAs, and carriers. We're adding recruiters to the team. You'll own your dig, build relationships with hiring leaders, and match great candidates to roles that change their careers.

Location: Remote from Vincennes, IN, or in our Sioux Falls, SD office.

Compensation: $50K-$500K+ (base plus commission). Your earnings follow your results.

What you'll do

• Build and work your own dig of banks, credit unions, agencies, and carriers
• Call hiring authorities (CEOs, presidents, chief lending officers, agency principals, HR leaders) to uncover open roles and win search assignments
• Find, screen, and present top banking and insurance candidates
• Manage the full process from first call through offer and start date
• Track activity and pipeline and hit weekly goals
• Grow repeat business and referrals in your dig

What we look for

• Sales, business development, or other competitive, results-driven experience
• Comfort on the phone and the drive to make a lot of calls
• Coachable, self-motivated, and organized, especially if you work remote
• A background in banking, lending, or insurance is a plus
• No recruiting experience required
