Commercial Drywall Project Manager, Seattle, WA

Compensation: $90,000 to $130,000 base, depending on experience, plus benefits

A well-established commercial drywall and interiors contractor in the Seattle area is adding a Project Manager to run commercial projects from award through closeout across office, healthcare, education, multifamily, and retail work.

What you'll do

• Manage metal framing, drywall, ceilings, and related interior scopes from buyout through closeout
• Own budgets, schedules, change orders, and monthly billing
• Coordinate with GCs, owners, architects, and field superintendents and foremen
• Handle submittals, RFIs, procurement, and manpower planning
• Keep projects safe, profitable, and on schedule

What you bring

• 3+ years managing commercial drywall, framing, or interiors projects
• A strong grasp of contracts, cost control, and construction scheduling
• Comfort with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools
• Field, foreman, or estimating background in drywall is a plus
