Assistant Superintendent – Commercial Interiors

We are partnering with a smaller South Florida general contractor to hire an Assistant Superintendent to support multiple commercial interior construction projects throughout Palm Beach County.

This is a great opportunity for an up-and-coming Assistant Superintendent who is ready to take on more responsibility, gain experience running projects independently, and position themselves for the next step into a Superintendent role. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of two smaller job sites rather than continuing to sit underneath a Superintendent waiting for your chance to run work.

The initial projects will primarily consist of gym and fitness center build-outs, with responsibility for overseeing two smaller interior projects at a time.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in commercial interiors, tenant improvements, or build-outs
• Ideally some exposure to retail, fitness, hospitality, or similar interior projects
• Ready to take ownership of and independently run multiple smaller projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, deliveries, and daily field activities
• Maintain quality, safety, and project schedules
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ambitious, dependable, and looking to continue growing into a Superintendent position
