This is an excellent opportunity to build and lead a comprehensive breast surgery practice within an integrated health system known for quality care, collaboration, and a strong referral base.\n

- \n \n Full-time Breast Surgery position\n \n
- \n \n Practice within a multidisciplinary breast care program alongside medical oncology, radiation oncology, radiology, pathology, and nurse navigation\n \n
- \n \n Access to state-of-the-art imaging and surgical services, including on-site mammography, breast MRI, ultrasound, and biopsy services\n \n

\n Strong referral network with established primary care and specialty providers\n

\n Responsibilities\n

\n Diagnose and surgically manage benign and malignant breast disease\n
\n - \n
\n Perform breast-conserving surgery and mastectomy procedures\n
\n - \n
\n Collaborate with oncology, radiology, and pathology teams in tumor boards and coordinated care planning\n
\n - \n
\n Provide patient-centered care with a focus on education, compassion, and outcomes\n
\n - \n
\n Participate in quality improvement and program development initiatives\n
\n

\n Qualifications\n
\n

\n MD or DO\n
\n - \n \n Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery\n \n
- \n \n Fellowship training or focused experience in Breast Surgery preferred\n \n
- \n \n Eligible for or able to obtain Mississippi medical licensure\n \n
- \n
\n Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach\n
\n
