Position Summary \n
We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient clinic in Glens Falls, New York.This is an excellent opportunity to practice comprehensive primary care in a collaborative setting with strong clinical support and a focus on continuity of care.
Responsibilities \n

- Provide outpatient primary care services \n
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions \n
- Perform physical exams and preventive care visits \n
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests \n
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation \n
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives \n
Qualifications Education \n
- \n
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) \n
Licensure & Certification \n
- \n
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine \n
- Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license \n
- Current DEA registration \n
- Current BLS certification \n
