Capping SupervisorThe Supervisor, Capping Operations is responsible for leading a team of Capping Associates and Analysts. This position ensures operational excellence through effective leadership, workload management, quality oversight, compliance, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous process improvement while maintaining service level commitments and financial integrity across vehicle acquisition operations.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, develop, and manage a team of Capping Associates and Analysts by establishing performance expectations, conducting coaching sessions, performance reviews, career development, and workforce planning while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Oversee daily operations including workload balancing, queue management, Service Cloud case management, production metrics, SLA attainment, aging management, and escalation resolution to ensure timely and accurate completion of vehicle capitalization activities.Provide operational oversight of complex billing, taxation, capitalization, payment, VIN, registration, and financial reconciliation issues requiring advanced judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and decision making.Drive operational excellence by identifying trends, analyzing performance metrics, implementing process improvements, supporting automation initiatives, updating SOPs, participating in system testing, and ensuring standardization across the team.Build strong partnerships with Acquisitions, Vehicle Processing, Supplier Services, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Tax, IT, Client Success, vendors, and external partners to resolve operational issues, improve end-to-end processes, and support strategic initiatives.Ensure accurate capitalization of vehicle assets, vendor payments, taxation, billing integrity, and financial controls, influencing client billing accuracy, vendor payment timeliness, financial statement accuracy, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and internal control adherence.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Contract Administration, Billing, Pricing, Customer Programs, or related operational environment2+ years of people leadership experienceStrong understanding of contract interpretation, pricing administration, billing operations, and financial controlsAdvanced Microsoft Excel proficiencyExperience managing operational metrics, service levels, and quality programsAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Salesforce, Service Cloud, CPE, Xcelerate, FSP, or ERPLean Six Sigma certificationProject Management experienceChange Management experienceWork EnvironmentThis role requires a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office from Tuesday to Thursday, and remote work on Monday and Friday.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hopkins, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.05 - $43.26/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
