The clinic features a new medical facility attached to the hospital and cancer center, with strong domiciled specialty partners and extensive outreach services from the Duluth campus.\n

Opportunity:\n
\nPHYSICIAN - Internal Medicine\n
\n
Job Details:\n
\n• Lead a Care Team utilizing established care processes and collaborate with healthcare team members\n
\n• Practice combination of complex inpatient and ambulatory patient care (80% clinic, 20% hospital)\n
\n• Work in state-of-the-art new medical clinic attached to hospital and cancer center\n
\n• Maintain primary call rotation of 1 in 8\n
\n• Follow anticipated clinic schedule of 8-5 weekdays with post-call day off\n
\n• See estimated 16 patients per day with procedural opportunities welcome\n
\n• Collaborate with strong domiciled clinic partners including Pediatrics, Cardiology, Radiology, and other specialties\n
\n• Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system including DAX AI\n
\n• Access 24/7 RN based telephone call coverage and high-complexity laboratory services\n
\n• Work with RN based Anti Coag, Diabetes, CDM, Hypertension, and Complex Care Management teams\n
\n• Participate in physician culture with strong emphasis on work-life balance\n
\n• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine\n
