Construction Controller | Columbia, MO | $150K-$200K+ & Bonus

Why this role?
You'll report directly to the CEO of a growing construction company and lead the entire finance function. Pay is $150,000-$200,000+ plus up to a 30% bonus.
What will you own?
- Job cost, WIP, and revenue recognition
- Budgets, cash flow, billing, and AR
- Equipment costing, KPIs, and audits
- Leading the accounting team
Who are we looking for?
- 7+ years in accounting or finance, including 3+ in management
- CPA, MCA, or CCIFP (required) and a degree in accounting or finance
- Construction accounting experience; Viewpoint Vista a plus
Where?
On-site in Columbia, MO. Relocation to Columbia, MO is required for this role.
