ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Seasonal Gift Wrappers are the finishing touch on every holiday purchase. You'll greet guests warmly, wrap gifts with care and precision, and keep the wrap station organized and running smoothly through our busiest weeks of the year. Every package that leaves our store reflects the Saint Bernard standard, and this role makes sure it looks the part.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

● Welcome guests at the wrap station with a friendly, attentive, and unhurried presence

● Communicate wait times clearly and manage the queue with patience and professionalism

● Answer questions about wrap options, gift boxes, and add-ons, and help guests choose the right finish

● Partner with sales associates to hand off purchases seamlessly and keep the guest experience connected

Gift Wrapping

● Wrap gifts of all shapes and sizes neatly and consistently to Saint Bernard presentation standards

● Apply ribbon, tissue, tags, and branded finishing details with care

● Protect merchandise during wrapping and confirm each item matches the guest's purchase

● Work efficiently during peak periods without sacrificing quality

Station Organization

● Keep the wrap station clean, stocked, and visually appealing throughout every shift

● Track and organize completed packages, pickup tickets, and orders awaiting pickup

● Monitor supply levels (paper, ribbon, boxes, tissue, tags) and alert leadership before items run low

● Restock and reset the station at opening and closing

● Support other store tasks as needed during slower periods

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

● Availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and peak shopping days

● Strong customer service skills; prior retail, hospitality, or guest-facing experience preferred

● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

● Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

● Gift wrapping experience a plus; we'll train the right person on our standards
