Pediatrician (Spanish Fluency Required)

Job Description

Make a real difference in the lives of children and families as a Pediatrician with a mission-driven, community health organization on Long Island. We're seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) physician who's passionate about equitable, whole-person pediatric care and eager to serve a diverse patient population across multiple welcoming health center locations.

What You'll Do:

\n

\n
• Deliver comprehensive medical care to newborns, children, and adolescents
\n
• Monitor growth, development, and cognitive milestones through regular exams
\n
• Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests to guide treatment plans
\n
• Administer and track immunizations on schedule
\n
• Counsel parents and guardians on nutrition, hygiene, and preventive health
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team using a patient-centered medical home model
\n
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
\n
• Travel to other community sites for coverage as needed
\n
• Stay current through continuing education and professional involvement
\n

What You'll Bring:

• MD from an accredited medical school
\n
• Active (or eligible) New York medical license
\n
• Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics
\n
• 1–2 years of experience preferred
\n
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
\n
