Patient Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking motivated and organised Patient Recruitment Specialists to support clinical research studies across multiple US locations: -Covina, California -Philadelphia, Pennsylvania You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and screening potential clinical trial participants, helping meet recruitment targets while maintaining high standards of patient care, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Recruit and engage eligible participants for clinical research studies. Conduct inbound and outbound calls and initial eligibility screenings. Collect and accurately record participant information in relevant databases. Follow up with prospective participants and confirm appointments. Support recruitment campaigns, community outreach events, and screening activities. Work closely with clinical research teams to achieve enrolment targets. Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable research regulations and privacy requirements. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is desirable but not essential. Experience in patient recruitment, clinical research, healthcare, or customer service is advantageous. Strong telephone, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and time management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
