We help seniors live safely, comfortably, and independently at home - and we couldn't do it without our amazing caregivers.We are currently hiring caring and dependable Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Personal Care Assistants (PCA), and Homemakers to join our growing team.No matter your title - if you have a heart for helping seniors, we want to meet you.Location: Rutland and surrounding towns.Open Positions:Home Health Aide (HHA)Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Personal Care Aide / Assistant (PCA)Homemaker / CompanionFull-time, part-time, days, evenings, weekends - flexible schedules available near you.What You'll Do:Provide companionship and emotional supportAssist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toiletingHelp with mobility, transfers, and fall preventionPrepare meals and assist with feedingLight housekeeping, laundry, and errandsMedication remindersTransportation to appointmentsReport changes in client condition to office teamHomemaker duties focus on companionship, meal prep, housekeeping, errands, and transportation - no hands-on personal care required.What We're Looking For:Caring, patient, and reliable attitude - requiredPrevious caregiving, home care, or facility experience preferred, but not required for all rolesValid certification for HHA / CNA roles Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferredAbility to pass background checkAuthorized to work in the U.S.New to caregiving?
