Strategic Marketer Position

• Support the execution of the brand's overall marketing strategy and initiatives
• Manage creative needs in partnership with internal teams and external creative agencies
• Lead content development including blog articles, consumer newsletters, advertisements, and campaign assets
• Oversee the brand's luxury marketing program, ensuring alignment with brand standards and goals
• Serve as a key liaison with our strategic partner, People Inc., to maximize partnership opportunities
• Collaborate closely with the Brand Social Specialist and Field Marketing Director to ensure cohesive messaging and execution
• Comfortable creating marketing assets using tools like Photoshop, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Embrace and implement AI tools and platforms to drive marketing efficiency and innovation
• Ensure all marketing efforts align with brand standards and contribute to campaign success
• Manage vendor relationships for print, digital, content and other products
• Handle contract management and invoicing for marketing-related vendors and initiatives

Your background includes : proven experience in brand marketing, campaign development, and creative execution; strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; experience working with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Canva; video editing skills a plus; familiarity with AI platforms and tools for marketing applications; excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying connected to cross-functional teams; knowledge of brand standards and how to apply them across marketing channels.

Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; 57 years of experience in brand marketing or a related discipline; portfolio or examples of past marketing campaigns and creative work preferred.
