Great Lakes Outreach (GLO) is expanding its Wisconsin team and looking for motivated Retail Sales Associates who enjoy working with people, learning new skills, and achieving goals.
This is a customer-facing sales and marketing position where you'll represent our clients at retail locations and public venues across the Greater Milwaukee area. You'll introduce campaigns, answer questions, and help interested individuals sign up as new customers or supporters.
No previous sales experience is required. Full training is provided.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers face to face at retail locations and promotional campaigns
- Introduce client products, services, and campaign messages
- Answer questions and assist with customer or supporter sign-ups
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Build strong communication and customer service skills
- Participate in daily coaching and team training

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is welcome but not required.
