Responsibilities

• Attend and assist with in-season and out-of-season training / conditioning opportunities for grades 6-12
• Work within a program philosophy and curriculum that builds upon itself from grades 6-12
• Develop cohesive coaching relationships that works to develop players from grades 6-12
• Assist with teaching and instructing all aspects of basketball, while working to develop and emphasize positive character traits in all athletes
• Provide coaching, encouragement, and guidance to all athletes in the program
• Build meaningful positive relationships with staff and student body
• Motivate players and coaches to work toward program and philosophy goals
• Other duties may be assigned by the Athletic Director
