EisnerAmper is seeking a Consulting Manager to support our clients' AI journeys at EisnerAmper. The ideal candidate will be committed to understanding business objectives and client needs with an advanced business understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, advanced analytics, and generative AI. You will also have a strong product management background and a proven record in delivering product strategy and impactful solutions across complex portfolios. What Work You Will be Responsible For :

Maintain client relationships and tailor the engagement to meet the client's needs and expectations

Play a visible leadership role during client engagements : conduct discovery, develop strategy and deliver solutions while managing up, down and outward

Maintain a deep understanding and advanced knowledge of solution discovery frameworks, AI market trends, and AI consumer and enterprise tools across a variety of industries.

Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into effective AI / ML / GenAI solutions.

Ensure successful project delivery, meeting defined timelines and budget constraints.

Collaborate with partner teams to deliver extended value and services to address the client's broader AI / ML / GenAI initiatives.

Communicate and provide leadership to other team members to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.

Identify and communicate risks that are associated with delivery.

Supervise, train, and mentor staff and seniors

M ay be required to occasionally work extended hours, or travel to / work from different firm offices and / or client locations.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors Degree Required

7+ years of experience in delivering AI, ML solutions across complex portfolios and varied industries.

2+ years of direct experience integrating GenAI into Solutions

Preferred / Desired Qualifications

Strong expertise in technology development environments

Experience working with or within professional services, consulting, or enterprise environments

Advanced knowledge of responsible AI governance frameworks

Ability to manage complex portfolios and deliver outcomes that align with client goals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and innovatively.

Knowledge of business and enterprise architecture across various platforms.
