Overview Join to apply for the Social Media Manager role at FloQast . The Social Media Manager drives content creation across FloQast and its executives’ brand platforms to fuel brand awareness, consideration, and thought leadership. The role collaborates with Corporate Communications, Marketing, the C-Suite, and other teams. The ideal candidate is a self-aware social media strategist, project manager, and video creation expert, adept at storytelling through multiple mediums and current social trends, with a keen sense of dry humor.
The Social Media Manager will collaborate with key stakeholders, communicate across departments, and engage across specialties effectively. A self-starter attitude with meticulous attention to detail and a drive to be a true asset to the team are crucial. They will own FloQast’s tone and voice, craft content for multiple channels (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and more), set priorities, collaborate on narratives, and manage content calendars. They will also deliver the correct content format for each social channel in a timely manner and monitor performance to identify improvements.

What You’ll Do Create high-quality social media content including original videos, meme content, photography, and post copy for all FloQast social platforms
Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve audience growth and engagement to meet follower, engagement, and department goals
Identify target audiences and develop a deliberate plan to reach each audience
Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social channels
Develop, coordinate, and drive social media campaigns supporting marketing, talent acquisition, employer brand, and cultural milestones
Create and be accountable for social creative performance metrics
Interpret social media insights using analytics and SEO to guide campaigns, maximize engagement, and make data-backed recommendations
Ensure content aligns with FloQast brand identity in collaboration with the Director of Corporate Communications and Senior Content Marketing Manager
Collaborate with Marketing to plan and maintain the social media calendar
Work closely with stakeholders to present creative and ideas
Deliver content in the correct format for each channel in a timely manner
Monitor social performance and pivot as needed to improve results
Set KPIs for performance and reach, and report timely metrics
What You’ll Bring 2+ years of well-rounded social media experience across LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter / X, Instagram, Threads, etc.
Passionate storytelling and excellent communication (written, verbal, video), interpersonal, and consultative skills
Humor with a sharp wit and sarcasm
Skilled at video and image curation, visual storytelling, typography, layout, and color
Strong visual design sensibility and data visualization skills
Awareness of social best practices per channel and real-time trends
Comfortable working from brainstorming to implementation
Ability to present ideas and accept constructive feedback
Team player with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
Detail-oriented with problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Self-starter with initiative and follow-through
Strong sense of ownership, organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask
Strong work ethic and integrity
Experience using data to guide decisions
Positive attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and respond to changing demands
Strong project management skills and fluency with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), Asana, Google Suite
Nice To Haves / Other Experience with Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud
Knowledge of finance, accounting, and compliance industries
SaaS experience
Experience managing crisis communications across social media

The base pay range for this position is $91,000-$137,000. Compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package. FloQast reserves the right to amend pay ranges and benefits offerings at any time.
