L3 Infrastructure Support Engineer

Job Summary (L3 Infrastructure Support Engineer, 13+ years EXP)

- Provide advanced (L3) support for VMware/vSphere/ESXi environments
- Administer and troubleshoot enterprise storage systems (e.g., NetApp, Pure Storage)
- Support and maintain Linux and Windows Server environments
- Perform server and infrastructure patching, upgrades, and maintenance tasks
- Provision and manage compute and storage resources
- Troubleshoot virtualization, server, storage, and infrastructure issues
- Support and resolve backup operations and related issues
- Support infrastructure across multiple data centers
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams and onsite staff to resolve complex technical issues
- Ensure availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise infrastructure
- Work independently in a hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite in Lowell, MA; 2 days remote)
- Leverage strong L3 troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across a multi-datacenter environment
