Data Analyst

A company is looking for a Data Analyst - UKG Ready.

Key Responsibilities

Audit timekeeping and payroll data

Design and maintain dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate data management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data analytics, information systems, finance, HR, or a related field preferred

Minimum of 3 years of experience working with UKG Ready

Strong understanding of payroll, timekeeping, and HR data structures

Hands-on experience with parallel payroll testing and data reconciliation

UKG Ready certifications and / or payroll certifications (FPC, CPP) preferred
