Role Overview

As a Sales Designer at Ulrich Lifestyle Structures, you will be the primary point of contact for customers walking into our showroom. You'll manage the entire sales journey, from the initial greeting and understanding their unique needs to designing their perfect lifestyle structure and closing the sale. This is a full-time, onsite role where your expertise and customer-centric approach will be key to success.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with walk-in customers, creating a welcoming and informative environment.
• Actively listen to customer requirements, preferences, and budget to understand their ideal lifestyle structure.
• Utilize your deep product knowledge to present and explain the features, benefits, and customization options of our structures.
• Collaborate with customers to design and configure their perfect structure, using our design tools and your creative input.
• Clearly communicate pricing, timelines, and the purchasing process.
• Skillfully guide customers through the decision-making process, addressing any concerns and building confidence.
• Successfully close sales, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience for every customer.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom space.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and store sales goals.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. Successful Sales Designers can expect to earn between $50,000 and $120,000 annually, with your income directly reflecting your sales performance and dedication.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a mobile device for business use.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport.
