What You'll Do

• Complete our structured training program, built for traders at any starting point, including complete beginners
• Trade currency markets using your own strategy and judgment
• Access funded trading accounts up to $400,000 as you demonstrate consistency
• Manage your own hours, fully remote, from anywhere near Mobile, AL or beyond

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. It is not a salaried or hourly role, and there is no guaranteed paycheck. Instead, you keep a profit split ranging from 65% to 90% of the gains you generate. Compensation is entirely performance-based: profits are never guaranteed, and traders who are not profitable earn no income from this role. We believe in rewarding skill and results, not time spent at a desk.
