Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end data lineage across source systems, data platforms, analytical environments, and reporting layers.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to automate lineage capture and visualization.
• Support regulatory, audit, and risk management requirements through transparent data traceability.
• Identify critical data elements and establish lineage frameworks for key business domains.
• Lead the implementation and adoption of enterprise metadata management capabilities.
• Define and maintain business, technical, and operational metadata standards.
• Drive the onboarding of critical data assets into the enterprise data catalog.
• Establish governance processes for metadata stewardship, ownership, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure metadata remains accurate, current, and aligned with business processes.
