Organizational Change Management Practitioner

A company is looking for an Organizational Change Management Practitioner to join their Transformation Office team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement change management tools and strategies in support of the Transformation Office

Monitor major projects for organizational impact and engage with stakeholders for change planning

Coordinate communication strategies and materials to enhance organizational change efforts

Required Qualifications

B.S. / B.A. degree

5 years of experience in project implementation and / or change management

3 years of experience in creating communication materials for various platforms

Thorough knowledge of project management tools and methodologies

Understanding of the ADKAR model for successful change management
