What You ll Do
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult patients.
- Diagnose and treat acute medical conditions.
- Manage chronic medical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide preventive medicine, wellness services, and comprehensive physical examinations.
- Order and interpret diagnostic studies and other testing.
- Coordinate specialty referrals and support continuity of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and document care in the Elation EMR.
What You Need
Required
- Physician specializing in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Ability to provide outpatient care for adult patients.
- Skills in acute and chronic disease management, preventive care, diagnostic evaluation, and care coordination.
Preferred
- Experience in a value-based outpatient care setting.
- Familiarity with the Elation EMR.
