Electrical Apprentice

Lee Plumbing, Heat & Air & Electrical is looking for a dependable and motivated Electrical Apprentice to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone interested in building a career in the electrical trade while gaining hands-on experience working alongside experienced electricians.

The Electrical Apprentice will assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems while learning proper electrical procedures, safety standards, and industry best practices.

· Assist licensed electricians with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.

· Install and assist with wiring, conduit, outlets, switches, fixtures, panels, and other electrical components.

· Learn to read and understand electrical drawings, diagrams, and job specifications.

· Use hand and power tools safely and properly.

· Assist with troubleshooting electrical systems and identifying potential issues.

· Measure, cut, bend, and install conduit and wiring as directed.

· Maintain tools, equipment, materials, and an organized work area.

· Follow all company safety procedures and applicable electrical codes.

· Travel to residential and commercial job sites as assigned.

· Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, supervisors, and other trades.

· Complete assigned apprenticeship training and continue developing electrical knowledge and skills.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

· Previous electrical, construction, or trade experience is helpful but not required.

· Strong interest in learning the electrical trade and developing a long-term career.

· Ability to follow instructions and work effectively alongside experienced electricians.

· Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in various positions for extended periods.

· Ability to safely lift and carry tools, equipment, and materials.

· Ability to work on ladders and in confined or elevated spaces when necessary.

· Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather and job-site conditions.
