Project Manager – Commercial Construction

About the Role

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects. Responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction, from planning and estimating through execution and closeout.
• Review plans and specifications to prepare accurate, competitive bids.
• Manage subcontractor, labor, equipment, and material procurement.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Manage communication and coordination with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Procore.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and competing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
