Job description
Electrical Engineer
Our client is seeking a full-time, permanent Electrical Engineer for their Midland office. This position will develop designs and drawings for power distribution and control system design on industrial gas processing facility projects.
Overall Requirements:
- 6+ years of Electrical Engineering experience with designing power distribution & control systems for industrial gas processing facilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
- An active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license, or E.I.T. is preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical engineering and design practices including drawings, specifications, codes, building materials and costs, and construction techniques.
- Working knowledge of NFPA, NEC, and applicable electrical Codes as well as applicable Industry Codes and Standards (e.g. IEC, ANSI, IEEE, ISA).
- Experience in facility voltage power distribution & control system design and the preparation of electrical equipment and systems procurement and installation specifications.
- Must be able to work onsite.
Compensation:
Salary is DOE and pays up to $150K. Company offers full benefits including a match on 401K.
